Once your order is shipped we will advise you by email of the USPS or UPS tracking number.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed after 12pm PST on Thursdays will be processed the following week. 
During checkout, please be aware, if “Ship to” party address is not the same as the “Bill to” party address, we will confirm the order with the “Bill to” party before shipping your order. This could cause delays in processing your order.

All orders over $100 will require an adult signature of delivery.

International Shipments

We do not ship outside of the United States.

Apex Warranty

Apex will warranty all products against manufacturing or material defects and will replace defective parts free of charge. If you are not completely satisfied with our product you may return it for a full refund excluding shipping charges within 30 days. The product must be in new condition and must not have been installed.

Back Orders

If your order cannot be filled in its entirety, we will advise you immediately and give you the option of having multiple shipments or just one when the entire order can be filled. We will call for credit card authorization for every shipment processed.

Return Policy

Please email your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) prior to returning any product, indicating reason for return. REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Apex will warranty to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER all products against manufacturing or material defects and will replace defective parts free of charge. If we are unable to replace your product in a timely fashion, we will promptly refund your purchase price less shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return it for a full refund excluding shipping charges within 30 days.

 Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error of Apex Machining Company.

Tightening screws during installation will mark the finish on our products.

If product is returned within 30 days of purchase date:

            Never Installed                        100% refund

            Previously Installed                        50% refund

            All returned merchandise is evaluated before refunds are made.
